The U/12 boys made history for the club last week as they took on Kilcullen in the Emmet McConville U/12 southboard football finals in Hawkfield on Sat 24th May 2014. This was a cracking game of football from two well matched sides. Suncroft were strong throughout the match and kilcullen were under pressure from the start .Captain Hugh Doyle for Suncroft thanked Kilcullen for a great game,also thanked Marie Knight, PaddyGuidera and Jack Sethright. The Man of the match went to fullback Sam McGuirk for his contribution to the game. A special thanks to Anthony Rainbow for taking the time to give the lads some good advice the night before the game,it definitely worked,Thanks Anthony. Well done lads your club, Parents and supporters are very proud of you all.
